happy *grinning away*

haha. i am happy! the cute guy i was talking abt, the aussie guy? he talked to me! and i mean he initiated the talk. hahaha. the convo was something like this.
AL (cute guy's nick): aren't you freezing here? it's so cold.
AL made the freezing action with his shoulders scrunched and hands warming his arms.
FTY: you get used to it.
FTY pondered *aren't u aussie, not used to cold?*
FTY: where are you from?
AL: australia.
FTY: arent u suppose to be used to the cold?
AL: well. yeah. but not from indoor.
FTY: ahhh.
FTY laughed a little and AL grinned and walked away as his transactions had finished.

handsome guys

haha. i saw or u should say i'm seeing 3 gd looking guys here. the first, which is the most handsome, is an Australian aged 29 i suppose. he is Tall and Thin (not overly thin mind u, just nice). u can just droooool when u see him. the other one is a doctor, from Germany. (another hottie from germany.) not sure his age, and not as handsome as the one i met in ireland. he was gorgeous. the other one is from Germany as well, but not as gd looking as the others. hahaha. oops. think that is one of the incentive for working in a hotel.
oh oh. one of my colleague remind me of Mrs Brown! she talks like her man! with almost the same humour. makes me miss her so much. gosh.

the feeling of familiarity

it has been the 2nd week since i've started work and i've started to see more and more familiar feel of some of my colleagues. there is one who reminds me of wee aw (this malaysian ah beng cousin of mine who was stunted til the age of 15 before he starts to grow much taller. heh.)
he is a malay who is as cheeky and of cos he looks a little like him too. another one good example is mr many (pronounced as mah-nee) who reminds me of my beloved older cousin, ah joo (he loves to have sudden movements and talks with some unwitty humour). mr many is a very easy to talk to person and is helpful too. actually, most of the colleagues here are very helpful and tries to help in ways to familiarise me with my work. and they are patient too. okok. i think i have commented that in my previous post up. there are many others who reminds me of certain people, but as many of you know me, i have very bad memory. so the next time i remember who they are, i'll update u guys. hahaha.

working life

hello ppl, how have all of u been? haven't been online cos of this stupid website. it deleted all of my previous posting due to some unknown reason. damn. was so frustrated.
working life is kinda refreshing cos i get to meet rich people, and cute kids and of cos nice colleagues. the guests are not as bad as i thought. some of them are very understanding and friendly. they treat u like their friends. and i sincerely hope that most of them are like that. hahaha. either that, or they do not like people to bother them. :p for those who do not know, i am currently working in Somerset GrandCairnhill, which is behind The Heeren. the company is under Ascott International, which is under CapitaLand. oh yeah, as for my colleagues, they are understand and patient with me. they are very willing to teach me how to handle the system and procedures and the guests that we've met with. and really want to thank Joseph for being so patient cos i think i made alot of mistakes on his shift. hee. and also Fiza and Siti who are like my mentors during this 3 month probabtion period. :) big thanks!
